Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Davet application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. The App is operated by UPMAX Inc. ("we," "our," or "us").

Description of Service

Davet is a social dining and event hosting platform that allows users to create hosting calendars, share them with guests, manage RSVPs, and communicate with guests. The App supports year-round gatherings including Ramadan iftars, dinners, potlucks, and more. The App is available on iOS, Android, and the web.

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Guest users may RSVP and interact with hosted events without creating an account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Post or transmit harmful, threatening, abusive, or objectionable content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the App to send unsolicited messages or spam
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create within the App (such as hosting schedules, photos, and messages). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to display and distribute your content as necessary to provide the service (e.g., showing your hosting calendar to guests who access your shared link).

Hosting and Events

• Hosts are solely responsible for their events, including safety, food quality, and guest management.
• Davet is a planning and coordination tool. We are not responsible for the events themselves.
• Hosts may approve or decline RSVPs at their discretion.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-generated content), is owned by UPMAX Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UPMAX Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to damages arising from hosted events or interactions between users.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
